What is the Salary of an Assistant Professor as per UGC Pay Commission?

Hello Ravi,
As per the revised UGC Pay norms, the starting salary of an assistant professor is Rs 57,700+ Rs 6,000 as grade pay and it can go up to Rs. 1,31,400+ Rs 9,000 as grade pay (This depends on the seniority level of the assistant professor).
