What will be my salary after qualifying UGC NET exam?

Candidates who qualify UGC NET will be eligible to apply for the post of Assistant Professor and JRF in any Indian university and college.  The salary will vary for different private and public colleges. The salary will also depend on candidates' experience and doctoral degree.

In private colleges, candidates may receive salary between Rs.40000 to 60000 while in government colleges, candidates receive the remuneration in pay band Rs. 70000 to 1.2 lakh.

Candidates who qualify UGC NET result will be entitled to apply for the post of Assistant Professor in any college. Salary varies for private and government colleges.

In private college candidates will receive salary between 40 to 60 k while in case for government college of institutes candidates will be entitled to receive the remuneration between 70 k to 1 lakh.
