Hello Sayan Ghosh.
I would like to inform you that there is no specific cutoff for any categories for the final spot round for any college , be it Jadavpur. Spot rounds are for filling the vacant seats left from first three rounds , if there is no vacant seats, no one might get Jadavpur University at all.
