Fees for IIIT-B is as follows

One time fees 15000

Tution fees per sem- 134000

Other fees- 4000 per sem

Annual fees 450

Mess advanced- 25800 per semester

Hostel fees 33000 per semester

So, the fees for first semester will be 213050 and from second semester onwards 198050.

It depends on the college you are considering to get into. In case of government institutions like NIT's and IIT's the fee is around 60,000 rupees per sem. In private universities they may charge upto 100000 rupees (will differ for every university) per sem. They may even charge higher fee when you take admission in a different category (management quota etc).
