Hey! Hi.
It is around 2.5 - 3 lacs per annum including your Hostel and Mess fees. Which amounts it to around 12-14 lacs for Complete course. Just see, if you can afford it.

The fees doesn't depend on your rank. But yes, you can get scholarship from your college as your rank is quite good. You need to contact your college administration dept regarding the scholarship application procedure.
