What is this creamy layer can i get benefitted of OBC in neet 2020

Dear student, there are two layers for OBC category - Cream Layer and Non Creamy Layer. Non Creamy Layer students are those whose parental income is less than 6 lakh rupees per annum, while cream layer students include those whose parental income is over 6 lakhs. The reservation is only granted to OBC-NCL candidates in NEET. There is no reservation for creamy layer candidates in India.
