The cut offs are different for all states depending on the number of seats and number of candidates in that state . But to be in a safe zone of getting a government college you should score at least 470+ with your reservation.

Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 380 marks to get into a government medical college in uttar pradesh via the 85 percent state quota if you belong to SC category.
Also if you are willing to apply via all India quota counselling you need to score a minimum of 450 marks.
Well the score may vary (increase) about 20 marks as the competition is stiff this year.
