    You are supposed to fill the name of the state of which you have a domicile. Also, through 15% quota you can apply in any state (except J&K) as it does not need the domicile of any particular state.

    But the adhaar card of mine has the adress of jammu and i want to avail the state quota of UP as i belongs to UP .So mam plz tell me what adress i should fill in appplication form of neet
