If none of the given options is the correct, it is obviously a wrong question. In that the candidate may be awarded bonus marks. But having said that, the competent authority may have their own rules for awarding bonus marks.

For example, in some cases they award bonus marks to all candidates. In other cases, only those candidates who attempted the question who may be given bonus marks.

So, as you can see it all depends on how the exam conducing sees the situation and deems the most appropriate solution.
