what will be the percentile cut off for maharashtra in neet 2020 as no. of seats are 4330 and no. of applicants are 228829 for all categories??
Hello
The percentile is calculated on the bais of number of candidates appearing for the exam and the highest marks got in the exam. As you may know the cut-off for general category candidates is 50th percentile however the cutoff marks will not be the deciding factor here. NEET seats are distributed on the basis of rank and not o the basis of the cutoff percentile (these are two different things). The cutoff to qualify may be somewhat around 134 but the cutoff marks to get a seat in neet is always above 500 for a general category student (except in a few states and private colleges).
