If you have got the college in first round then you can take admission in it. If you have not got the college in second round still you have the college you got in first round in hand.
So your fee will be allotted to the college you choose.

if not alloted in second round then will they return the fee . bcz in uttarpradesh neet they are taking 2 lakh before choice filling for prv college
If you choose to accept the Allotment youll be asked to pay refundable security fee of Rs
20,000/ for Govt. college/institutes/universities and Rs 2 Lakhs for Pvt. college/institute/universities.

no it's not like that ......in up they are asking for allotment money before filling our choice ..ie before 12 August
