Code 05- for students who are in first year of the 3 year course with Physics, chemistry and biology as subjects.
Code 06 which is for BSC pass students with not less than 2 subjects- physics/Chemistry/botany/zoology/biotechnology.
Well, you should go with code 05 as your qualification code.

If you are BSC pass- with not less than 2 subjects then you can go for code 06.
