What's that? Does cmc conduct separate ug exam for mbbs.? Please tell details and syallbus if so

Earlier cmc vellore used to conduct its separate exam for mbbs admission.But now there is no separate exam.Admission is done through all india ranking of neet ug of that year.They call for an interview for those who are interested and have filled up their form for admission.If you clear the interview then only you get into cmc vellore.So for written examination you just have to prepare as usual that is NCERT BASED syllabus nothing extra. CMC Earlier used to conduct a separate entrance test apart from AIPMT. However now it is considering NEET All India Rank for Admissions. However CMC is an autonomous institution and conducts its own counselling and interview which is a complex procedure for allotment of MBBS seats

Earlier CMC used to have a separate exam but now it has also come under the umbrella of NEET.

CMC has now merged with NEET-UG and no separate entrance examination anymore.

Hello AYUSH, As per your query i would like to tell you Cmc vellore doesn't conduct any separate exam for MBBS.
According to Supreme Court Orders, All Medical Colleges irrespective of Private Or Government will prepare their merit list according to NEET scores. Except AIIMS and JIPMER.

From the year of 2017 CMC has been asked by the Hon'ble Supreme Court to conduct admissions based on NEET., which they refused.

Only 1 UG MBBS student is in 2017 batch from it's church quota

Till 2016, CMC was being conducted as an online examination with NCERT base.

No CMC does not conduct its own enterance exam for MBBS. For getting admission in MBBS in India, one has to give NEET, AIIMS or JIPMER. There are no other exams other than the aforementioned.
