When I insert CRL rank with my category in Haryana counseling I get only two government colleges and when I insert my CRL rank without category then I get four government college for admission in BTech. In which category should I register myself.

Hi Candidate,
CRL stands for the Common Rank List which is the All India Rank obtained by the candidate all over the country. Category rank also plays a very major role in counseling process as there are several reservation criteria for different categories.
When the category rank comes into play the category rank overviews the General CRL Rank in most cases, because of their reservation criteria. But, it is not always true as sometimes there are more opportunities for General category because of more category candidates applying in a specific region as in your case.
So, I would advice you to go for more opportunities first than the category, Rest depends on your decision!!
