Hi.
So, there hasn't been any official notification issued by Delhi University.
Last year, it was released on May 15, 2018 and admission process started by the first week of June.
So, yes his year it has been delayed a little but should be issued soon. Meanwhile, make sure you have all the necessary documents (transfer, migration, character, provisional 12th) and certificates to be uploaded on the registration panel.
Don't worry, by the first week of June, admission registration will start since classes start on July 20 every year. Good luck!
