Don't worry the counselling will be conducted this year. Till now there is no announcement regarding the the official dates of AP ICET Counselling.
It will dates will be released soon the official website of AP ICET i.e https://sche.ap.gov.in/ICET/ICET/ICET_HomePage.aspx
