Hello Nikhil,
Well, yeah its very late already. The list was about to come by 21st of July. It is late due to some circumstances they must be following. But you may relax, the list will be tentavily put out in the first week of August or may be tomorrow. Because all the things have been done like the exam is over, the result has been out.
Now, all they have to deal with the list, so they must be trying hard for that. Don't worry.
