Hey Aspirant,
You won't get the option to submit best of 4 marks. You keep it calculated on your head for now and keep an eye on the cut offs as well. If your best of four is fulfilling the criteria then you have to go to the respective college and there they'll ask you for your best of four. There's no separate portal where you have to submit your best of four. You have to give it physically during the admission process.
