You could get it through the department itself or you need to go to the union room beside the bengal lamp gate. At one point, the union room was made available for last years or last 5 years question papers. But i would suggest to you that you better go and ask the office of the dean, based on the ground floor of the building, if they cannot help you then walk up to the 1st floor, where the english dept. is based and as soon as you walk up the steps you will see a small office room, you can go ask them as well.
