Advanced accounting by Grewal and Gupta

Business economics by H L Ahuja

Along with these books,  you can also study Truemann's books as well as R Gupta's NET guide for better preparation. You can solve previous year questions papers of R Gupta as this will help you to score good marks..

There are many books available in the market for UGC NET Commerce. Amongst which Arihant and Trueman have nice reviews.
But, to be very true and honest one cannot simply tag any particular book to be best. As you can see the syllabus is huge and not close-ended and thus, this makes it very difficult for any author to provide everything in one single book. Even if someone claims so, logically it's not possible.
Instead, if you want to crack the exam go and refer all your UG and PG books, prepare your own notes and solve previous years papers. It's the only key to crack the exam.

For paper 2 you can refer to UGC NET commerce books by Arihant and Truemen. Both are good and contain question banks that will give you a good exposure to varieties of questions. Since this year, they are slightly changing the pattern in the sense ( paper 2 and 3 combined ) its also a wise idea to scan through last 10 years papers to get a sense of how many questions come per unit.
