Which are the open state in NEET UG COUNSELLING

Dear Ranita, every State except for Jammu and Kashmir accomodates 15% of its seats to All India Counselling and reserves the remaining 85% of the seats to its home candidates. Jammu amd Kashmir has 100% seats alloted to its home candidates and so it doesnt contribute to All India Counselling. So there is no more Open State Counselling option. If you hold a domicile of any State, you are considered their local canfifate and you can participate in their 85% State Counselling Seats. For the rest of the States you have to participate in All India Counselling. You cannot participate in Jammu and Kashmir's State Counselling either.
