i am from UP expecting 418 in neet 2019 so can i apply for private medical colleges of other states through state counselling?

Dear Sir / Ma'm, except your state of domicile, only Karnataka allows non-Karnataka students to apply in their state counselling. So, apart from Maharasthra that is the only state where you can apply for the state counselling. However, the document verification of KEA has ended already.

Karnataka is the only state that allows non Karnataka domicile students to participate in their State Counselling. It is an Open State. Rest states do not allow you to participate in their State Counselling to get admission in privaye medical colleges. So if you are from Maharashtra and you wamt to join in any Private Medical collehe othervthan Maharashtra, you should try through Management quota only. That is the only option.
