With 480 marks you have a lot of private medical colleges in hand.
Firstly the institutes under COMEDK - these are one of the good medical colleges with fees between 5- 6 lakhs per annum
Kasturba medical college - 10 lakh per annum
Amreeta school of medicine - 7lakh per annum
You can also apply for the AP MEDCO which is a Consortium of unaided colleges in andhra pradesh with fees at 13 lakh per annum
