Which college is better in pune? MIT WPU or Symbiosis Institute of Technology. (for computer science btech)

The number of institutes offering the B.Tech CSE course is overwhelming. However, not all of them can boast about quality. It is just a matter of public opinion that sometimes condemns a university while over-hyping another. In regards to the stream concentric study of Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at Lovely Professional University, it is undoubtedly a very good idea. The faculty at the CSE department of LPU is just as qualified as any of the popular universities and institutes of India that offer this discipline – names I don’t even need to say! It has produced perfectly efficient computer engineers in the past couple of years who have eventually landed salary packages as high as 28 LPA!

Over the past couple of years, the department has seen a rise in the number of students taking admission in the stream. Due to this, the competition between students within the department has increased, and this has indirectly improved the overall performances of the batch as a whole. Without mentioning unrealistic figures, I am going to say that the students graduating from the CSE branch at LPU get placed more often than any other department from the same university. Not everyone gets placements in a core company, but they will get placed in companies functioning in various other fields.

Don’t be disheartened. It is a great opportunity for the engineering graduates, as a job in any field (better, if related to technology) will in the long run help you grab work experience, which in turn will lead you to have your dream career with your dream package… Any engineering stream will make you qualified enough for good jobs. It is just how you plan your moves and your journey. With the right mindset and experience, you will land yourself a great job!

Hi shrigovind!! Hope you are doing well!! On the basis of studying environment and placements of computer science engineering branch, MIT-WPU is way better than symbiosis institute of technology. MIT-WPU is an old college established in 1983, it has a good reputation and it is one of the best private Engineering colleges in Maharashtra. It's CET cutoff is also high compared to Symbiosis. Symbiosis is newly made College for engineering, thus it does not have much reputation and studying environment as it is in MIT. Also, the placements of MIT is much better than Symbiosis for engineering .
