which college is good either AIIMS bubaneswar or AFMC pune

Sai, you cannot compare AIIMS with AFMC. Both of them have been ranked in the top for considerable no.of years in the list of Medical Colleges. But AIIMS fees is lesser than AFMC and AFMC has a bond which AIIMS doesnt have. The rest, both of them are top notch Medical Colleges.
