Hi Soni,
Basically its totally on your interest beacuse at the end you are the one whoes going to decied and do the work accordingly. I can only provide you the information but its your interest and you choice. Both colleges are best at there field.
In LD you will get good placement but for knowledge and exposure IC from DDU is better, though DDU will also provide the placement and have good staff and infrastructure.
So its on you and according to your interest you should choose your field.
