Which iiit is best in South India for cse (without considering iiit hyderabad)?

It doesn't matter too much which iiits you are opting. If you are from South then go for the one which is nearest to your home city . Else iiit Assam and Tiruchirapalli are the best iiits in terms of placement and infrastructure you can choose any as per your convenience..
