Based on the overall engineering ratings of 2018, Poornima college of Engineering jaipur is now a Poornima University and Chandigarh University are more or less same for computer science engineering both are  'AAA+' rated whereas Sharda is 'AAA' rated. Computer science is a most popular branch in engineering domain so every university gives their focus for this branch and in terms of placements usually CS and IT has good placements records in comparison with others engineering branches. I suggest you take admission in near by university which saves your living expenses. Good luck.
