Marketing is a broader branch of study. It basically includes 2 components, sales and marketing. Sales deals with the sale of goods and services to customers whereas marketing involves a more strategic approach which entails understanding the customer needs and expectations. Logistics is also another component of marketing. If you study marketing Management you get to study logistics also.

Logistics is a rapidly growing part of the economy now. The Logistics Management course will teach you to make decisions about moving the right products towards right customers at right time.
