Which is better... BSc in computer science or BTech in computer science

B.Sc. Computer Science is 3 years of Graduation course while BTech is 4 years of Graduation course after which you will get Engineer's Degree. BSc CS will teach you about computer application but wont focus much on coding. So I would suggest you for B.tech Computer science.

The information provided here that BSC Computer science will not focus on any kind of coding is completely wrong.... There are two types of graduation course(in general line) in computer science one is BSC Computer science that is bachelors of Computer science and other is BCA computer science that is bachelors of computer applications.Now the difference between BCA and BSc is BCA is completely application based , it is a professional course, where students are taught about the marketing and business purpose things(industrial study) ... But in BSC Computer science the students talk about the core concept of computer science about the programming languages etc... and BTech in computer science is a rather more professional degree after BCA which is also a industrial based study .... So it depend on the student what he wants to pursue.if you want to get a government job then go for BSC Computer science and if you want to get a placement job a 9 to 5 lifeless job you must go for BTech computer science. Thank you.
