I think that KIIT is better for CS than noida international university because  it has experienced faculties and very good infrastructure.it has good coding culture.placement is also good.so, you have to go for it.

thank you for approaching us . on the over all basis , the rating of kiit , bhubaneshwar is 3.9/5 which can be considered very good . and the rating of noida internation university is 3.5/5 . and the placement percentage  for CSE in kiit are good.
