See it depends upon your interest and passion towards that field. Healthcare management and agriculture and rural development are different courses. But both of this courses have great scope in India as of now. So if you are interested in health sciences and do agriculture then it will not justify things. So think about the job opportunities, interest, future scope and then select wisely.

According to me, it depends from which Institute you wish to pursue the course. See in which field you have done the graduation also. As you need some insights of both the courses.
