Hello Priyansh,
If you have applied for improvvement, you may upload that marksheet if you are issued that before the registration closes, that is on June 14, 2019.
However if you don't receive it, just mention that you have applied for your improvement and once you get your results and cut offs are anounced. You may go ahead with admissions using your improved marksheet.
