There are 54 Medical Colleges across Tamilnadu. The top and the best one is CMC, Vellore. At all India Level, it is Madras Medical College but at State Level, it is CMC Vellore. It is ranked 3rd in All India Medical Colleges.

CMC doesn't participate in All India Counselling and so you have to apply for CMC at State level. But the applications for CMC have been closed now. SO you may have to try and secure a seat in Madras Medical College.
