Tarun with 65000 rank in JEE Mains 2018 exam in the general category it will be difficult for you to get admission in good NITs even with your home state quota. Even to get admission in lower ranked NITs like NIT Manipur, NIT Sikkim, NIT Srinagar etc. you will need to have a home state quota but you have a decent chance to end up in IIITs with this rank.
