• Category of student
• Community of student
• Home state of student

You haven't mentioned your Category so I am assuming it to be General. Also your profile suggests that you belong to Delhi, so you have best chance to get NIT seat is in NIT-Delhi. Following is the Opening & Closing rank of NIT Delhi in spot round of JOSAA Councelling:

This general rank would not fetch you any good seat in NITs. However based on certain categories (SC/ST), you might get some lower branches in newer NITs, as per previous years cutoff. But chances are very low.

I would suggest you looking at state govt colleges in states like MP, Delhi, Chandigarh, Punjab etc. You might get some decent college in these states on the basis of this rank.
