Which one is good Option if unable to get admission in Nit /IIT college. 1.Get admission in Bsc 2.Get admission in any small private college for B.tech . Higher fees private college not included
See if your sole interest is in Engineering then you should go for it. Now if you are not getting NIT/IIT you should try for the state government colleges for engineering and as a last option you should private colleges.
Now if you have interest in science and engineering both and you are interested to pursue science then you can go for BSc course. After BSc you will have to ways to go-
- Lateral Entry BTech i.e., you can take admission in BTech after your BSc in state government colleges/private colleges by state lateral entry entrance. So you have option to go for BTech after BSc also.
- Now as you said you are not getting NIT/IIT then NIT/IIT is a dream for you. After BSc you can go for MSc/ MSc-Mtech/MSc-PhD courses in IIT's by qualifying an exam known as IIT JAM.
So you have many ways to go for but you have to choose the right way based on your interest and aspirations.
