In my opinion, you should go for LPU since 40% scholarship is not a mere reduction in amount, your fees will be reduced and LPU is one of the best and largest university which provides quality education at a reasonable cost with no doubt best placements both national and international. You are getting back far more in terms of placements and education along with other various opportunities apart from academics when compared to the investment you are investing here in terms of fees.

Hey Shani Anand, You are looking for admission in LPU, in UPSEE Engineering College, Lower NIT. If you want government college means lower fees and all then you can go for lower NIT but that will not be really worth it as that NIT has very less reputation like Good NITs. If you can get a seat in UPSEE Engineering College then it will be best for you as their fees will be lower too and if it is very reputed and good college then you will be taking the best out of three. I would not suggest you take LPU, no doubt it is providing scholarship too but it will be of no use if there is no study.

So, The Best option there available will be UPSEE Engineering College.
