Which states allow non domicile candidates in mop up for gov seats mbbs

There is only one state that is karnataka who allows non domicile candidates to participate in their neet counselling.

But you have to do registration in the start of the counselling process that is june for having verified documents.

It's late now you can't participate  in that state neet counselling.

Dear Sakshi, Karnataka is an Open State. Infact, it is the only Open State in which Non Domicile Candidates can participate in State Counselling not just for mop up round but for other rounds as well. But to participate in Karnataka State Counselling, you should have registered and got your documents verified. That prpcess was closed in June. It is a one time registrstion and one time document verification. If you missed that opportunity, unfortunately you cannot attend any other State's Counselling process.

There are no state which allow non domicile students for mop up round for Government medical college through state quota.

You can either apply through AIQ(whose dates have gone) or apply for deemed colleges in Mop up round through AIQ.

Even for private colleges you would require a domicile.
