Which subject is best of me in master degree of mass communication ? If my target is NTA UGC NET.

You can apply for the UGC NET Exam in Mass Communication and Journalism. The UGC NET Exam is conducted every year and many candidates apply for this exam. To become Eligible for the UGC NET you need to complete the post-graduation in the Mass Communication with at least 55 % marks. (50 % marks for the Reserved cat. candidates)

According to the NET exam guidelines you can apply for the exam in the subject which you had in post-graduation or related to that.
As you said, you had completed your master’s in Mass Communication then you should apply for the UGC NET Mass Communication & Journalism.
To apply for the exam, you should have at least 55% aggregate marks (for General category) or 50% aggregate marks (for OBC/SC/ST/PwD category) in the post-graduation.
If you want to appear for NET JRF then your age must not exceed 30 years. Reserved category candidates get the relaxation of 5 years in age limit. Or you want to apply for Assistant Professor, you have no need to fulfill this age criteria.

English Literature is most regarded subject in Mass Communication which will form core if you appear for UGC NET exam for Lecturer position
English as language should be well versed and needs fluency in Public speaking, Extempore Debates, Group Discussion and Interviews if you target NET exam.
