While counseling process of NEET 2019 is a newly updated OBC certificate required? If yes after what date?

Hello student.
There is no need for a newly updated OBC certificate.
But you do need to have your certifications at the time of the counseling.
The counseling will start post the merit list. You will have to wait for them to arrive. At the time of choice filling and admission, you will need your certificates.
