While doing BCA what additional courses should i do to get more salary job ....???? And what to do to do that courses and how to do....??? Futher i also want to do MCA.

Besides pursuing BCA, you should focus on learning a lot of newer skills, either through Online Resources or Certifications. These will just make you more Job Ready and Professionally strong. Let me list out here
1. Software Development/ Competitive Programming
2. Data Science & Machine Learning
3. Financial Modelling
4. Microsoft Office Advanced Skills
5. Web Development
Since, you targeting MCA, I would advise you to do MCA from some of the Good NITs through NIMCET or Top Centra Universities, leading to a strong career in the IT, Software and Services Industry.
