why any other course is not allowed with d.el.ed ?

Hello,
As per recent UGC guidelines, candidates can now pursue two degree programs simultaneously, but one has to be be done through distance/open/online mode and another through regular mode, in your case if you want to do Diploma in Elementary Education through regular mode, you can do graduation through distance learning program.

Good evening dear aspirant,
You can do any certification or any diploma course along with d.el.ed.. But you can't do any degree course as two degree course from same mode at a time are not allowed in India.
