why are students with low rank though eligible in JEE MAINS not given the collage of their choice in first round of counselling?

hello siddharth, as has experienced in that , i cam answer u perfectly .
because the iitians will bw prefered first , people who have qualified iit at border they never go for least priortised iit right , so they will chose top NIT instead of IIt so that is why First central govt will prefer to IIts and then NIts people who got least rank , hope you got clarified reply if got clarified
