why i amnt alloted seat in pvp siddartha cse branch even my rank was 9k and previous year cutoff was 14k ? Is this any mistake by the officials ? please help

Your rank is within the cut off rank range that's why you got seat in Prasad V. Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology, Vijayawada. You don't have to secure a rank 14,000 exactly to get seat in this college. Candidates whose rank is in between 1-14,000 opted this college and CSE branch may get seat based on availability of seat, category, rank and cut off. Seat allotment depends on category of the candidate, rank in AP EAMCET, availability of seat, preferences and cut off rank. Cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
