Why JNU is not releasing its application form. Are their any chances that the entrance exam can be postponed to January of feb?

As per the recent Notice released by JNU, they did not mention about the application form but they mentioned that JNU Entrance test will be MCQ based online test and will be conducted from 27 to 30 December. Dates are tentative and subject to change by JNU administration, so just wait they will soon release application form.

Yes for MA it will be computer based online test consisting of MCQs having negative marking
