Why LPU residential charges increases after every academic session?

See,the residential charges at LPU mostly vary  with every passing academic session because of a hike in the cost of production of services that what I got to know.

Residential Facilities:

• The residential facility is permitted on an annual basis for students admitted for regular programs for the duration of the regular academic sessions.
• All rights of permission to avail the Residential facility are reserved with the University and can be denied to any student. No student shall be entitled to claim this facility as a matter of right.
• Customized plan (e.g. for a full calendar year) may be provided on request.

LPU Residential chargers are an internal matter of LPU and they reserve the right to increase the charges. However, they may claim it is for better facility and maintenance but this can neither be verified nor questioned by anyone outside. The residents can however, raise a complaint with the authority figure concerned.
