Hi Candidate! It is quite difficult to predict your chances because you didn't mention anything about your category and state domicile. Please share your category with your state so that I can provide you more clarified answer.

By looking at previous year trends for the state uttar Pradesh. If candidate was from general category then the closing rank was 25-26 k. So we can say that if you are from general or obc then you have probable chances but if you are from SC/ST then you may have high chances.
