Well. The marks is too low to manage a seat.
But you can go for counselling, as in 2013 NEET, some students with such marks, qualified and got seats.
So, wait for the counseling process and hope for the best.

Sorry,your chance is very low.with SC you have to score around 400 marks to get into a govt medical coplege
