Will I get ambikapur with 435 if I am general student

No not a chance. 435 is not enough for getting into any medical college. Lest be government, it's not even enough for a good private college this year. Take some time, think bout it and get on with the studies so as to perform better next year. Without 520 you are not in the competition. I too cracked NEET in my 2nd attempt in 2017. RIMS, Ranchi with a score of 541.
